If you’ve decided now is the time to get yourself into shape after baby, you’re expecting a baby and want to stay active, or you’re a mum needing to tone up your tummy, then keep reading!

PREGNANCY PILATES – Tuesday 22 September – 6:15pm (West Bridgford)
Pilates during pregnancy helps: tone your abdominals, decrease back and pelvic pain, release tension in tight spots and prepare your body for birth, baby and beyond.

A baby-free zone where you can come out for the evening, tone up your tummy, address postural imbalances, learn about how posture effects your at work, rest and play, and get yourself back on track, exercise-wise. Postnatal options are provided, where appropriate.
MUM & BABY PILATES – Monday 22 September – 1:30pm (Lady Bay)
Postnatal Pilates classes are specifically for new mums to help fix abdominal separation, pelvic floor problems, release tension in your neck/shoulders from constant feeding, eradicate back pain, and educate you about safe exercise post-birth. Baby comes too!

A fun, fat-burning, full-body workout which WILL burn off those excess calories! Postnatal options are provided, and it’s a great class if you’ve done Mummies and Buggies already and fancy a step up from there.
MUMMIES AND BUGGIES – Wednesday 17 September – 11am (Lady Bay)
Get fit, have fun, make friends – no babysitter! An indoor workout with your buggy which works your heart and lungs, energises you, tones up your wobbly bits and the best bit is – baby comes too!
