A 12-week course to help Women’s Wellness Experts successfully launch an online program to their ideal female client
Doors open again April 2020!
Go from teaching group classes and endless 1-2-1 sessions locally, to reaching more clients online, making more money, working with THE women you were put on this earth to serve, with just one call a week
Here’s the deal. You possess the knowledge, you have the experience and you even have the confidence to educate your ideal niche client group online, but there’s something holding you back.
You dream of making money in the online space, and you see others doing it successfully around you all the time, but getting your web-based program out to the world seems so incredibly overwhelming that you just keep stalling – and that’s essentially why you’re still here, teaching classes, seeing clients 1-2-1, traipsing all over town with equipment, and dare I say it: a lot of people-pleasing.
Whilst you’re making some money in your face-to-face business, there’s more to be had by broadening your reach outside your local area and serving an even larger audience online.
Your ideal niche client is busy, so busy in fact that she can’t always commit to coming to a weekly session with you in-person. She is however hungry to learn your holistic, blended, yet simplistic approach.
She may even be embarrassed to discuss some of her details with you in-person, but talking about her issues online with others makes it just that little bit easier and more accessible.
Change is coming in the wellness industry, the question is: are you ready to be a part of that shift?
Here’s how it will work
The Take Your Niche Online program is a step-by-step course for women’s wellness experts who have a real ambition to change the lives of their specialist female-only niche client group, and transition their learning and experience into the online space.
You’ll do this by meeting once a week, for 90 minutes, for 12 weeks.
How niche are we talking…? (examples below)
Are you a Physical Therapist whose super powers are ridding clients of pelvic girdle pain using a holistic mind and movement approach?
Do you teach the prenatal client how to survive morning sickness in their first trimester by getting them moving gently and safely?
Are you a Doula who blends birthing with biomechanics to help clients prepare mentally and physically for labour?
Are you a Personal Trainer with a proven step-by-step method for getting postnatal women with stress incontinence back to high intensity exercise?
Is your specialism using manual therapy on c-section scars, and clients feel results in less than 6 weeks from working with you?
Do you work with clients throughout all phases of the menopause using natural movement and nutrition?
Are you a Fertility Coach with a tried and tested system that produces a really high client conception success rate?
Answer “YES” to any those…?
Well – consider yourself invited to the #TakeYourNicheOnline program!
I’ll set you tasks each week to get you that little bit closer to creating and selling your niche course online. There’s a Facebook support group where you can ask questions in between, but you won’t be spending hours on social media learning from me.
During our 90-minute calls we will focus on one of the 8 elements of course design (see below). One call might be me teaching you something, other times, I’ll bring you onto video with me to discuss or critique your work (sales pages sell, remember), and/or sometimes I will bring in experts who I think can help you.
You already know everything you need to know about your craft, and you don’t need another educational course in your arsenal because what you do with clients in-person right now gets them results. You need someone to walk you through the technical steps slowly and patiently to get your offering out there to the masses!
You will take action and you will get on with the work.
The 8-part Take Your Niche Online Framework
1. Validating your course
To quantify that there’s a real desire for your online offering you need to firstly validate your course idea and you do this via collecting data from your ideal audience. This ensure that you don’t make the fatal mistake of creating a course that no one buys
2. Choosing your course type
Here, you’ll stop deliberating about all the nitty-gritty design details, and start learning about the practical differences between a membership, a program, a live course and a beta test. You’ll also discover the pros and cons of each of these and determine exactly where your course fits into your overall business
3. Designing your course
Finally get all of your creative ideas down on paper, have immense fun planning out your content into modules, and ascertain which mediums are best for your clients to absorb your teachings that suit YOU and them
4. Building your audience
Create interest in your course before you’ve even produced it, and build a following of raving fans who will be eagerly awaiting cart open day with their credit card, ready to pay you and dive into your amazing course work
5. Producing your course content
Here, I’ll whip the technological obstacles out from underneath you and show you step-by-step what I believe to be the simplest, most inexpensive ways to create, produce, edit, upload, store and share your content securely online with your clients
6. Mapping out your launch strategy
Fail to plan and your plan may well fail, so it’s important to map out your launch strategy way ahead of time by putting tasks in the diary, so you know exactly what you’re promoting when, and how, because if it’s not in the diary, it’s not getting done!
7. Pricing your course
Online course creators all over the world stumble and stall on this issue every day – to the point of paralysis – whereas with Claire’s 7-step pricing formula, you will NOT be allowed to deliberate for more than 3 days on the topic of money, and once your decision is made, it’s time to get out of your own way, and get serving your ideal clients!
8. Selling your course
It’s a noisy world out there, but applying all of the data from your first class together, you’ll really begin to understand the exact problems you’re solving for your audience, and in turn you’ll be able to craft an offer that sells and/or sells out!
Take Your Niche Online
Every week a different module or topic is discussed and you’ll be sent on your way with tasks to complete before the next call. Life gets in the way, so if you fall behind a week or two, it doesn’t matter – schedule in time to catch up and do the work, and you’re back on track.

It’s a 12-week step-by-step program that keeps you on track. You know the work needs to get done, and you just need to make a commitment to stick to it.

The Take Your Niche Online Framework
This 8-step system I have created is the same method I followed to create my own online niche pelvic floor dysfunction teacher training certification “Your Pelvic Matters”. Doing so has enabled me to quit teaching my fitness classes after 14+ years., travel more, spend quality time with my partner, and build my business serving the very clients I love. And, create 2 other successful online programs that have brought in more than 6 figures alone.
The TYNO Framework is something I use to design, produce and sell my own online products and I’m always amazed at how simple it is. You may join thinking you’re learning about technical know-how and how to upload videos, but you may go on to triple your email list, gain more quality Instagram followers, feel comfortable in front of a camera, and finally sell your first online offering.
The TYNO is a valuable tool that can be replicated every single time you launch something new, and I’m looking forward to helping you hit your goals!
Hi I’m Claire Mockridge!
My niche is the full-body approach to pelvic floor dysfunction and more specifically prolapse (can you get much more niche than that?!). I’m a Pelvic Floor Specialist first and the creator of “Your Pelvic Matters” online certification second. I’m a Teacher Trainer and also a Business Coach.
It’s not been the easy, smooth-sailing road to get here, but what I have done along the way is invest in myself and my business. I’m a visual, kinaesthetic learner, and a sensitive introvert. I’m a thinker, but I’m also someone that can help lead and guide you, without you ever feeling small or stupid.
I’ve created this BRAND NEW 12-week program to help professionals like you go from burnt out in-person coach to online expert. Find out the exact clients you were put on this earth to serve, and sell to them without feeling sleazy. 2020 is going to be awesome, and so is the next decade!
